Szpitale: zatrudniając polskie pielęgniarki zaoszczędzimy na tłumaczeniach!
Chcą zatrudniać więcej polskich pielęgniarek! Poszukiwanie pielęgniarek i innych pracowników służby zdrowia za granicą, w tym w Polsce, nie jest dla Brytyjczyków nowością. Tym razem jednak zwracają uwagę deklarowane motywy działania zarządów szpitali: „Chcemy zatrudniać pielęgniarki z Polski, aby mogły się łatwo dogadać z pacjentami w rodzimym języku, a szpital zaoszczędzi na tłumaczeniach”. Do takich informacji dotarła gazeta Daily Mail w wydaniu z 22 listopada. Nie chodzi więc już tylko o jakichkolwiek sumiennych pracowników, lecz potrzeba pielęgniarek z określonych krajów – głównie z Polski.
Szczegółowo opisywany jest przykład szpitali z Linconshire w regionie East Midlands, gdzie według gazety odnotowuje się największy odsetek ludności pochodzącej z Polski i krajów sąsiednich. Stowarzyszenie United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust zarządzające tam trzema szpitalami podało, że godzina pracy tłumacza wiąże się z kosztem 38 funtów, co daje aż 57 tysięcy funtów rocznie. Kwota ta rośnie z roku na rok. Kierownictwo zamierza zatem poczynić oszczędności, zatrudniając nowy personel o odpowiednich kwalifikacjach językowych.
Cytowany przez gazetę zastępca kierownika ds. pielęgniarstwa Garry Marsh mówi: „Mamy tu dużą społeczność z Europy Wschodniej, a potrzeby zdrowotne tej ludności będą rosły”. Nowe pielęgniarki „będą mogły sprostać potrzebom tych pacjentów”.
Kierownictwo ma już doświadczenie w naborach zagranicznych. W poprzednich latach przeprowadziło podobną akcję rekrutacyjną w Grecji.

More Polish nurses to be employed! This is the reason!
Searching for nurses and other health service workers, among others in Poland, is nothing new for British people. However, this time the reasons of that action, as declared by trust boards, drew our attention: "We are looking to recruit nurses from Poland because they will be better able to communicate with patients in their mother tongue and the hospital will cut costs of translations". This information was revealed by Daily Mail in the edition of 22nd November. So, the issue is not just about diligent employees, but there is a need of workers from exact countries – especially from Poland.
A detailed description of the situation concerns a trust from Lincolnshire in East Midlands, where according to the newspaper, there is the highest proportion of residents originating from Poland and neighbouring countries. The United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust, which administers three hospitals, has stated that translators has been paid £38-an-hour, which gives £57,000 annually. This amount has been rising year after year. The management is planning to cut these costs by recruiting new staff with appropriate language skills.
The newspaper quotes a statement of Garry Marsh, deputy chief nurse, saying: 'We have a big Eastern European community and the health needs of that population will grow.' These new nurses will be 'very responsive to those patients’ needs.'
The board has already had experience of overseas recruitment, having carried out a similar recruitment campaing in Greece.

Sie wollen mehr Krankenschwestern mieten Polnisch! Hier ist, warum!
Auf der Suche nach Krankenschwestern und andere medizinische Fachkräfte im Ausland, darunter in Polen, ist es nicht für die britische Nachrichten. Dieses Mal jedoch, die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Wirkung von Management von Krankenhäusern: "Wir wollen die Krankenschwestern aus Polen rekrutieren, um in der Lage, mit den Patienten in polnischer Sprache zu kommunizieren. Dies wird das Krankenhaus am Übersetzungen zu speichern." Um diese Angaben erreichte die Zeitung Daily Mail in der Ausgabe vom 22. November.
Krankenschwestern sind in bestimmten Ländern erforderlich – vor allem aus Polen. Ist im Detail ein Beispiel Linconshire Krankenhäusern in den East Midlands, wo nach Angaben der Zeitung beschrieben ist der größte Anteil der Menschen aus Polen und dem benachbarten Ausland stammen. Vereinigte Lincolnshire Krankenanstaltenverbund Vertrauen Management gibt drei Krankenhäuser berichtet, dass Arbeitszeit des Übersetzers mit den Kosten für £ 38 verbunden sind, für eine Gesamtmenge von 57.000 Pfund pro Jahr. Diese Menge wächst von Jahr zu Jahr. Das Management beabsichtigt, neues Personal mit entsprechenden Qualifikationen Sprachen zu mieten.

Royaume-Uni: Encore plus d'infirmières polonaises seront employées! Voilà pourquoi!
Rechercher d'infirmières et d'autres salariés du système de santé à l'étranger, entre autres en Pologne – ce n'est pas nouveau pour les Britanniques.
Cette fois pourtant, ce sont les motifs déclarés d'actions des gestionnaires d'hôpitaux qui ont attiré notre attention: «Nous voulons employer les infirmières d'origine polonaise, afin qu'elles puissent s'entendre bien avec les patients dans leur langue maternelle, et aussi que l'hôpital économise sur les traductions». Ce sont les informations obtenues par le journal Daily Mail dans l'édition du 22 novembre. Il ne s'agit pas de n'importe quels travailleurs assidus, mais il y existe un besoin d'infirmières de pays déterminés – notamment de la Pologne.
Un exemple décrit en détail est celui des hôpitaux de Lincolnshire dans la région East Midlands, où selon le journal, le pourcentage de population d'origine polonaise et de pays voisins est le plus élevé. La société United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust qui gère trois hôpitaux, a informé qu'une heure de travail d'interprète est liée au coût de 38 livres, ce qui donne 57 mille livres chaque année. De plus, cette somme augmente ces dernières années. Les gestionnaires planifient alors de faire des économies en employant d'un personnel nouveau avec de compétences linguistiques adéquates.
Un responsable adjoint des infirmières Garry Marsh, cité par le journal, dit: «Nous avons ici une grande communauté de l'Europe de l'Est, et ses besoins en matière de la santé vont croître». Les nouvelles infirmières « seront capables de satisfaire les besoins de ces patients».
La direction a déjà eu une certaine expérience de recrutement à l'étranger en avoir réalisé une campagne de recrutement en Grèce.
